Dr. Paul R. Williams co-chaired a session at the 13th Annual International Humanitarian Law Roundtable at the Chautauqua Institution with Cleveland-Marshall College of Law Associate Dean Milena Sterio on grassroots movements involvement in international criminal law. The Law Roundtable annually convenes current and former international war crimes tribunal prosecutors, legal experts, and academics.
